The Emergency Preparedness site is designed to establish policies, procedures and organizational structure for response to emergencies with potential disruptions to all or parts of the university.

H1N1 Vaccinations will be given from 8:00am until 3:30pm in the Health Services clinic on campus on a first come first served basis for those in the High Risk categories as stated by the CDC.  There is no cost for the vaccine. 

 

Those wishing to be vaccinated will need to present a photo id.  The vaccination process will take approximately 30 minutes.  

PURPLE ALERT is a rapid notification system. At its core, PURPLE ALERT is a multi-part communications process for disseminating alerts to NSU students, faculty and staff. PURPLE ALERTS are distributed through a company called Firstcall. Registration for PURPLE ALERTS will take place directly through a Firstcall supported website.
